How we operate:

  • Flat rate, based on the scope of services needed to manage your meeting or event. 
  • All additional expenses are passed through directly to the client, without any mark ups or increases in cost.

Meeting or event expenses can include, but are not limited to: catering, printing, accommodations and transportation and in each of these examples, we operate similar to a general contractor. 

We leverage our strong relationships with suppliers and vendors in the industry to negotiate their contracts, supervise their service and review their invoices.  Any discounts, incentives or rebates we receive are applied directly to your invoices. 

While this is not a common practice in the industry, we firmly believe in transparency and apply it to everything we do.
