How we operate:
- A flat rate based on only those services necessary to manage your meeting or event.
- All additional expenses are passed through directly to the client, without an increase in cost.
- We coordinate other essential considerations including audio/visual requirements, booking for performers and speakers, and other details that will ensure a successful event.
Meeting or event expenses can include, but are not limited to: catering, printing, accommodations and transportation and in each of these examples, we operate similar to a general contractor.
